Windows 95 users should be reminded not to InstaPaste to any window
other than a text editor. A user reported that their system acted
"strange" after experimenting by pasting HTML codes to such windows
as "System Agent Com Window" or "Win95 RPC msg Window"

Some users aren't too sure on how copy the DLL files into the /WINDOWS/SYSTEM
directory. If you aren't sure what to do, please leave the files in
the Web-Colour directory. It is probably better to use up the extra space than
risk messing up your /WINDOWS/SYSTEM directory.
